Etappe"},"content":{"rendered":"<strong>05.08.2015 von Wemding nach Heilsbronn<\/strong>\r\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Start war heute au\u00dferhalb von Wemding bei der Kirche Maria Br\u00fcnlein, es gab auch den Reisesegen durch den Pfarrer. Cosima hat bei der Aufw\u00e4rmung heimlich ein Video von unseren netten rhythmischen Bewegung gemacht, das Video hat uns sp\u00e4ter noch sehr erheitert. Zu Anfang war es noch frisch, aber es wurde schnell warm und sp\u00e4ter hei\u00df. So kamen wir relativ schnell zur Wasserpause und dann zur Mittagsrast. Die Fahrt \u00fcber den Damm zwischen Kleinen und Gro\u00dfenbrombachsee war schon sehr sch\u00f6n. Hier kann auch Urlaub gemacht werden. Kurz vor Spalt ging es erst 10 % hoch und dann 18 % runter. Spalt ein s\u00fc\u00dfer Ort, am wichtigsten, wo finde ich Schatten. Der letzte Teil war sehr wellig mit zwei Sammelpausen in der Sonne, schwei\u00dftreibend. Die Kr\u00f6nung die Rampe kurz vor Heilsbronn.\r\nAm Ziel gaben Jonas und Thomas eine Runde L\u00f6schzwerge aus, als Preis f\u00fcr ihren Fernsehauftritt, Abendschau im BR. Es ging dann weiter durch den Stau zum Hotel in Schwabach, hier waren wir schon vor zwei Jahren.
